How do I store my Sol Ghee?

Ghee does not need refrigeration. It does not spoil easily, and is a shelf stable. Use a clean, preferably metal spoon when using your ghee to avoid contaminating the jar or tub.

What is the difference between Grass fed Sol Ghee and Organic Sol Ghee?

All of our ghee is made from butter sourced from grass-fed New Zealand Cows. Our Certified Organic Ghee is made from butter sourced from grass-fed New Zealand cows from a Certified Organic Dairy Farm.

Where is Sol Organics based?

We are based in Byron Bay, Australia.

Where can I check on my order?

You will be emailed a tracking number along with your shipping confirmation, check this number to locate your item.

Is the milk source A1 or A2?

Our milk comes from a combination of A1 and A2 sources.

Do your farming sources use Bovaer feed?

No, none of our grass-fed cattle is given Bovaer (a feed additive that reduces methane emissions from cows).
