How do I store my Sol Ghee?

Ghee does not need refrigeration. It does not spoil easily, and is a shelf stable. Use a clean, preferably metal spoon when using your ghee to avoid contaminating the jar or tub.

What is the difference between Grass fed Sol Ghee and Organic Sol Ghee?

Our Grass fed ghee is made from butter sourced from Grass fed New Zealand Cows. Our Certified Organic Ghee is made from butter sourced from Grass Fed Australian Dairy Cows.
