Adaptogenic Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients 

  • ⁠1 cup oat flour (I just blend up oats until flour consistency)⁠

  • 1/2 cup cacao⁠

  • 1 cup coconut sugar⁠

  • 2 tbsp @solorganics mushroom magic powder⁠

  • 2 flax eggs (3 tbsp ground flax mixed with 6 tbsp water)⁠

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda⁠

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt⁠

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter⁠

  • 3/4 cup plant based milk⁠

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted⁠

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla⁠

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips⁠

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 170C.⁠

⁠2. Prepare flax egg and allow to rest for 5 mins⁠

⁠3. Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine⁠

⁠4. Add wet ingredients to a separate bowl and whisk until smooth ⁠

5. Pour in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well to combine⁠

6. Fold in the chocolate chips.⁠

7. Pour into a lined brownie tray.⁠

8. Bake in the oven for 30-35 mins.⁠
