Adaptogenic Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
1 cup oat flour (I just blend up oats until flour consistency)
1/2 cup cacao
1 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp @solorganics mushroom magic powder
2 flax eggs (3 tbsp ground flax mixed with 6 tbsp water)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup plant based milk
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 170C.
2. Prepare flax egg and allow to rest for 5 mins
3. Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine
4. Add wet ingredients to a separate bowl and whisk until smooth
5. Pour in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well to combine
6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Pour into a lined brownie tray.
8. Bake in the oven for 30-35 mins.
