Caramelised Banana Oats

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oats
2 cups almond milk
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1-2 tbsp honey/maple syrup + more to drizzle on top
Caramelised Bananas
1 Tbsp G H E E
2 bananas, sliced
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Combine oats, salt, ginger and milk in a medium pot over medium heat.
2. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring continuously, for about 5-10 minutes until its thick and creamy.
3. Add the ghee to a pan over medium heat, once melted, add the bananas.
4. Sprinkle over the coconut sugar and cinnamon.
5. Cook the bananas on one side for about 2 minutes, then flip over and cook on the other side for another 2-3 minutes, until they have caramelised.
6. Serve the porridge immediately in bowls, top with some runny nut butter, add the bananas, then sprinkle over a little coconut sugar and cinnamon and drizzle over a little honey.
