Garlic, Ghee + Herb Naan

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup self-raising flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup coconut yoghurt (or any unsweetened plant-based yoghurt)
1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp ghee
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
Into a large mixing bowl, add in flour and salt and mix well.
Next, add in the coconut yoghurt and mix well, I find using my hands here easier. add in 1 tbsp oil and mix well.
Then onto a lightly floured surface, need the dough until it can easily be formed into a ball and its smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal parts.
Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Roll out the piece of dough until quite thin (about 1mm), and then place onto skillet for about 2 minutes each side or when one side get some colour and starts to bubble up a little.
Warm up the ghee so it’s melted, then take off heat and mis in the minced garlic, coriander and salt. Stir well to combine.
Once the Naan breads are done, brush one side with the garlic and herb butter.
