Mushroom Magic Adaptogen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant based milk - here I used a homemade almond milk. 1 tbsp cacao

  • 1 tsp Sol Ghee Mushroom Mix

  • 1 tsp cashew butter

  • 1 tsp liquid sweetener (honey/maple/coconut) - (or to taste)

Directions

  1. If you have a milk-frother you can simply add all the ingredients into it and let it do it’s magic.

  2. If not - add the milk and cacao to a small pot and let simmer on LOW heat until hot, stir throughout and don’t let it boil.

  3. Then add milk and remaining ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy.
