No Bake Cookie Dough Bites

Freeze time: 30-60 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup Sol ghee, melted

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if preferred)

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, melted ghee, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.

2. Fold in the chocolate chips.

3. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.

4. Spread the cookie dough mixture in an even layer and press down.

5. Refrigerate/freeze for at least 30-60 minutes or until set.

6. Slice into square, sprinkle over some flakey sea salt.

7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
