Adaptogenic Chocolate Mushroom Balls

Serves: 8 

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: None!

Ingredients 

  • ⁠1 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 

  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp Sol Organics Mushroom Magic blend

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠

Toppings 

  • ⁠freeze dried strawberry

  • shredded coconut

  • chopped almonds

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until crumbly and sticky. You should be able to pinch the mixture into a dough with your fingers.

2. Transfer to a bowl and mix well so all the ingredients are well dispersed. 

3. Use your hands to form into 15 even balls.

4. Refrigerate or freeze for 15 minutes until they firm up. 

***Optional; roll the balls in the coconut/chopped almonds/chopped freeze dried strawberry***
