Red Lentil Dosa’s

Serves: 4

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Sol Organics Masoor Dhal⁠

  • 2 cups water⁠

Directions

1. Soak the lentils with the water for minimum 2 hours. You can soak it overnight also.⁠

2. Blend until smooth.⁠

3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little G H E E (or oil).⁠

4. Pour about 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan (you can move the pan around so the mixture spreads into an even circle).⁠

5. Let this cook on one side for a couple of minutes or it starts to bubble, then flip.⁠
